Our story

Built on one trade, done thoroughly

Darrin Straub started Advanced Stucco Repair in 1999 because too many stucco and EIFS repairs were treating the finish and ignoring the water behind it. The company was built around the opposite approach: find out how water is getting into the wall, fix that, and then make the facade look right. More than twenty-five years later, every project still starts with that diagnosis.

Our work is now focused on commercial and multifamily property, which is exactly what Alpharetta has a lot of: office parks and corporate campuses along the GA 400 corridor, shopping centers and restaurant outparcels, apartment communities and condominium associations, and new mixed-use construction. Those buildings need a contractor who can survey an entire property, write a scope a board or asset manager can act on, and run the work around tenants and residents.

We handle the full envelope scope ourselves: moisture surveys and water testing, sheathing and substrate repair, flashing, sealant and expansion joints, EIFS and Dryvit restoration, hard coat stucco, and color and texture matching.
